The Midwest Neurofitness Concept
Our program is based upon two fundamental principles:
- All human beings are innately capable of psychological growth and self-healing.
- Interventions that engage those innate capacities are more effective, longer lasting, and are
empowering for the client.
Based upon these principles we routinely incorporate into our training two of the most revolutionary
innovations in performance enhancement, neurofeedbackand
EMDR. These two powerful techniques appear to effectively stimulate the natural
human tendencies for growth and healing. When combined with other complementary strategies these tools form the
basis of the highest quality in performance enhancement training.
